INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
The Demeter Investment Holdings 6 Year EMTN – Series 5 is a USD500 million series (the “Demeter Bond”) issued under Demeter’s USD 1.5 billion EMTN umbrella program, listed on the Vienna MTF. The bond seeks to provide a combination of capital preservation and an attractive target coupon of 12% per annum.
Overview
The bonds invest into large mainstream large, liquid financial assets and use Artificial Intelligence and leverage to produce enhanced returns. The focus on typical trades regularly undertaken by the market but then use the two factors to improve the number of successful trades and also use leverage to increase returns.
Securities
The bond proceeds are used to acquire either (a) US Treasuries (b) Capital Guaranteed Notes or (c) A diverse portfolio of A rated or better fixed income, issued by global banks into a portfolio of Securities. Depending on the option selected, the Securities assist insulate the capital based on their own risk adjusted loss probabilities. Liquidity is then raised against the Securities and invested in the Underlying Assets.
The Underlying Assets
The Underlying Assets are either invested in;
- Further invested into similar assets to the Securities and leveraged multiple times to amplify returns; or
- Placed into a series of trading algorithms or arbitrage opportunities to generate higher returns.
The Underlying Assets are the collateral to the bond.
